So here is a would you rather topic and basically this is how it works:
Ex: Have 100 kittens or 20 Full Grown Dogs?
Ready? Let's Start!
Drive with 50 kittens or Sleep with 20 barking dogs?

Actually, you said tiny person, which I'll just imagine means a person who is under 5"0... So, I'd rather be a 4"11 person than a giant.

Never drink milk. You weren't specific enough, so I could still drink goat's milk or chocolate milk! Why? I assume you just mean milk.

WYR, be a hamster on a giant wheel for the rest of your life, or a hamster in a crittertrail with no wheel (in the giant wheel you have to run all day and thats it)
